Looks like Day 1 they allowed between 120k to 140k people in. So far on Wave 3, they have allowed almost 300k people in, about 100k per wave. Therefore my guess is that they will be letting 400k people in. Based on pre-sales numbers that puts it around Oct 6th to 8th somewhere. From the data, it looks like between Mid-October to current there have been approximately 450k pre-sales. So if today does indeed end somewhere near Oct 8th. It is highly likely that tomorrow will see the last of the rolling waves. Unless they really want to keep it at 400k tomorrow as well, which would mean there would be some spillover into Friday. Pretty happy about this, I was afraid that we'd be getting down to the 19th, but it looks like the majority of the player base will have between 5 and 4 days of early access. Woot!
