If you count the months here is your answer: July = 13th August = 14th September = 15th October = 16th November = 17th December = 18th It's my guess but i believe it makes the most sense. This ensures everyone that preorders gets 1 day early access. 19th i think they r taking it down before 20th game launch. Pass my conclusion on dates of entry around so ppl have a marker to go by and we have less ppl complaining. Assuming all months had the same # of preorders, I could see this happening.
