When you purchased the game, you should have received a pre-order code. The pre-order code is what unlocks the color crystal. I don't know if it's too late to activate the code now or not. I recommend messaging customer service if you did activate the pre-order code before December 20th and your "MyAccount" page does not show it as having been registered.
