The engine, be default has the draw distance set to "unlimited". Its in the INI file. Are you talking about ground clutter? That is adjustable in the in-game preferences. You can change trees and clutter. If you reduce the draw distance manually in the INI file the holograms disappear so I don't recommend it. That also could be the issue with many people suffering from poor FPS. If you can only see 76m in front of you, you may have deeper issues with your vid card that we can't solve here.
