Would love to search for a topic I am looking for instead of starting a new one and having it closed because there's already a thread going on it... Shimakaze Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 The search functionality probably needed quite a bit of server resources to execute, and perhaps they thought the increased traffic at launch would cripple the site. Anyway, I use google to do my searches, which gets me what I want most of the time. Example: to search for this thread, google "No forum search function +site:swtor.com".
