Sunder armor doesn't really make me do more damage, and I suspect that the added Armor from our defensive form doesn't reduce it nearly enough. Anarachis Posted January 4, 2012 Share Posted January 4, 2012 There is a definite increase in damage when i apply all 5 stacks of sunder armor. Remember it wont be a 20% increase to damage. If a Mob is mitgating say 40% (a heavy armor rank 50ish mob), you reduce the mitigation to 32%, increasing your damage by 13%. Given the variable nature of the damage some abilities fluctuating by 15%+ it can be hard to see the increase. Also this effect is far less pronounced on a lightly armored target, since their mitigation was already low (and since most mobs seem to be hit for very near tooltip most of the time I suspect they have low mitigation.)
