camtheboss Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 So im a level 32 jedi guardian atm and ive been doing pvp since like level 25. Heres something ive noticed, i do a decent amount less damage than other players around my level and whenever i 1v1 someone even if they are like level 15 i have trouble killing them or they kill me. Mystys Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 First off ... /smack the troll The "troll" might have a point there... but regardless, a lot of classes don't get their bread and butter abilities until much later. Scoundrels/Operatives don't get shoot first until 36, and fletchette round is lvl 40. PvP cannot and will not be balanced around low-mid levels. It's going to be balanced around level 50. Dennace Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Because lower levels have fewer attacks and abilities the ones they do have a boosted an insane amount.A lvl 10 will hit 4k with an abilityA lvl 20 will hit 3.5k with it because he has more abilities to useA lvl 30 will hit 3k with it ^A lvl 40 will hit 2.5k with it ^ In short: Lower level players have 2/3 buttons that do stupid amounts of damage giving them a very tiny skill cap and a serious advantage over people of equal skill.(Exclusing lvl 40+'s) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
