Thanks for getting back in touch with regard to your suggestions for game improvements.
Obviously, whether you want to post on the forums or not is entirely up to you!
However, the 'Suggestions Box' there is currently the only platform offered for our player base to get their ideas directly to the development team.
As Customer Support, we have no involvement in the development of the game and are not able to assist in having changes implemented so whilst it is of course interesting to hear people's ideas, we've no course of action open to us other than to redirect you to the forums.
Please don't hesitate to get back in touch at any time, should you have any further queries or issues.

Absolutely Ridiculous that you cant submit Feedback on SWTOR 'IN-GAME', & it only took until now since launch that I was FINALLY! told the truth!, TY Jo!, as to why I've been told to GO AWAY! to the GD Stupid Forums to post all the Feedback I've had since launch that now I know was a complete waste of my time.
14+ Years you have been able to simply type /feedback in Everquest to get your Feedback to the Developers, BLAM! DONE!. 2013 & you cant in SWTOR....
COUNTLESS times! in EQ & now in SWTOR etc. I've been In-Game & you see things & think of things that could/should be changed &/or improved?, NO BETTER TIME then as it happens to submit a quick /feedback & get back to playing. NOT have to navigate to the SWTOR forums & find the right place to post, log-in that takes an hour with Password Overload, Christ by the time your ready to post you forget & have no time to play anymore!?! LOL!
Ridiculous IMO that CS could not simply PASS-ON your feedback like I've BEGED them to since launch!?!...
