PROLOGUE The light of early morning crept through the cracked transparisteel providing illumination to a tragedy. Everything in the room had either been blasted to bits by the concussion or charred black by the ensuing flame. He slowly walked into the room the stench of burned flesh and plastics made it hard to swallow the lump in his throat. Something made a sickening crunch under his boot and made him shudder, he knew better than to look down and continued toward the center of the large dome shaped chamber. There it still sat, the source of this mass destruction and somehow untouched as if an unseen bubble had cocooned it. As he got closer to the center the destruction went from debris to atomized dust, trying to clear his throat once again as he crouched down. He scooped it up in his arms and began walking back out of the room. This could not have happened, but it did and he wasn’t sure how he could explain it to his own mind let alone anyone else. He wondered how so much devastation could come from something that appeared so fragile, “it doesn’t matter” he whispered as he brushed away A lock of hair covering her eye.

At the current point of EU leia is in her late fifties and is not even close to as powerful as any of her children let alone luke

Am I the only one that thinks that if the guys that made the old republic cinematics made a full SW movie it would be the best SW movie in the last 2 decades?

The thousand years later thing is pulled from the novel SWTOR: Revan, reffering referring to Darth Vitiate giving Scourge immortality in a matter of an instant

I feel like its partially my fault but this thread has gone far off topic, according to george lucas, without whom this conversation or anything Star Wars would ever have existed in the first place, luke is the most powerful. And though I do dislike a great deal of george lucas' decisions and ideas about the universe of late it all still began within his imagination

If you could let me know which books that happened in that would be awesome because it would appear I have missed out on some major ******ery

maybe I missed some books in the timeline, I do not remeber sidious consuming billions of lives

Sidious was less than 100 when he died (including his several reincarnations in clones etc.) and while he did some incredible things in the many, many EU books I have never read of him doing anything thing to compete with sucking out a planets life force with an incantation

If we are talking most powerful sith ever (including EU) that title would have to be held by Darth Vivius (emperor during the time of Revan) who was able to suck the life force from an entire planet leaving a force sucking void powerful enough to kill Jedi. Not to mention by doing so he was able to live that thousand years or more. Although paying attention to some of the lore in TOR it seems to be alluded to that revan eventually found a way to kill the emperor and is actually ruling during the setting of TOR, which would make him I suppose the most powerful given the state he was in at the close of the recent novel SWTOR: Revan

Since before he truly became Darth Vader it had always been Anakins plan to destroy the emperor and himself rule the galaxy, everything he did as Darth Vader in some way carried with it a plan to lead to sidious' downfall, including his training of Marek and creation of the rebellion.

I would actually agree with that

If you follow the idea that there was a prophecy to bring balance to the force it could be explained that anakin was the chosen one and fulfilled it by eventually killing the emperor. Personally I think that the prophecy refers to luke and that anakins only role was to father Luke, if you read through the expanded universe he really brings in aspects generally associated with both sith and jedi, so while Luke may not be the most powerful any specific thing he certainly is the most powerful in that he balances the force.

I am new to mmorpgs and just got this because I love the star wars universe, I am not sure what troll means but if there is a way I have not found it so if you could share that would be awesome

All I have to say is that there should be someway to reset your skill tree points. It is insanely hard to find healers for flashpoints and if I could spend 10,000 credits to reset my skill tree for a healing role that would be awesome.
