  1. I did pretty much the same, logged in and the fleet had 12 people. I love this game but I think I'm gonna cancel. Maybe I'll come back if they ever merge the servers. Rerolling is not an option. I've got 3 50's and a 45 invested. This game has 0 to offer if you can't find others to play with. WHY is bioware letting this game die. This is totally on them. They should be doing nothing but finding a way to bring the people who are left and want to play the game together so they can. Do they honestly just expect us to pay a montly sub to wait on the fleet for hours to get a group to do anything?
  2. This should honestly be more important than any other feature right now. Iron citadel is dead at peak times having at best 30 people on the rep side. Listen bioware. You're losing people. theirs no shame in that. The game isn't for everyone. However the people who do want to play would love to play with other people. Your population is spread over to thin an area. Not acting will result in more people unsubbing a game they actually want to play but can't due to no one around. We play your game, you already have us. Not acting as if your servers themselves were on fire is going to be the downfall of this game. If you have to hire 500 people to start manually transferring people then thats what you have to do. WE didn't make you not have a system in place to transfer, you did. Why should we suffer for your foresight here. I'm telling you now I'm just about the biggest fan of the game I know and I'm ready to take off. This is getting retarded
  3. ok I got the endurance one off ot the tat world boss today, does that mean I should stop farming this one? is it the only schematic that he's capable of dropping? or are the schematic's random on the boss's ( I.E. tat can only drop that endurance schematic and cannot drop the power schematic )

I recently rerolled republic I have 3 level 50 imps. one of which is an op that I have been using to kill the tattoine, nar shadaa and alderaan world bosses as I understand these are where the lowbie schematics come from. I'm not an articifer on that character but after a few days of killing these bosses I've not seen any such schematic drop :/ Do I need to be an articifer for these to drop and when they do are they freely tradable/mailable or are they bound to you ? Edit for clearity: I'm trying to farm some schematics on my imp to give to my rep toon who is an articifer
  6. If you say that you listen to, and want the opinion of the community then how is it that you've left lethality ops broken for so long without even a hint of caring? I was a part of regular testing for almost a year prior to release and the same issue still plague the tree almost a year later with little sign that you're listening. You just seem to be dodging the biggest problem and I don't quite understand why. So here it is. Why does the lethality operative tree have no valid way of generating its on TA's. What is your thought process behind not allowing it? Simply adding it to weakening shot and/or crit ticks off of corrosive grenade or dart while adding a internal cool to the tick procs would stop the player from spamming cull. Can you finally just concede after all this time that the tree needs this?
  7. It's a simple enough reason. They have lightsabers and we don't. Go look and see how much they care about ops. They've nerfed the AC beyond all logic. Now they're moving on to the other classes without a lightsaber. I especially love the fact they've nerfed the arguably worst class in the game even more and buffed arguably the best class in the game. I like others rerolled from OP to PT, only to have the spec I loved to play destroyed. I guess I should roll a sent/mara or assassin/shadow next

  9. Unrelated to open world PVP but to warzones they should change the daily from win3 warzones to finish 3 warzones with 4 or more medals. This would help with both warzone quiters and afker's

I created a thread in the suggestion box under general forums regarding PVP and I realize the sub forum doesnt get a ton of traffic but sense this is a PVP idea I'd love to get some PVPers over there to give it a read and post your thoughts on the ideas I put up.   11. Open world PVP as we know is pretty much dead. Outlaws den is a ghost town with little to no reason to go there. Heres a few Ideas I think that could give incentive for players to go out and start participating in putting the war back into star wars. Take an area like outlaws den - Create an instanced area - level 50 required to enter zone - limit each factions player count to mirror the opossing faction. I.E 4 rep player to 4 empire. As more players join the cap rises but always stays relatively even ( stops imbalance issues ). - add respawn points at opposing ends of said area with a clickable capture point in the middle. - the clickable capture point in the middle signifies with faction currently controls the planet. - player kills grant a valour buff within the idea and players only recieve valour for kills once every three minutes ( Ilum rule set ) - player kills produce merc comms - add merc chests and spawn harvesting nodes while atleast one player of each faction are in the zone - add in a vender into the area that sells unique items which require merc comms such as: speeders, columni comms, bimetal alloys, alien cubes, vanity pets, social gear, ship upgrades, schematics, crystals. This gives all types of players a reason to want to go here. - control of the planet provides your faction with a buff. Examples: +5% credits, +5% valour, +5% crafting crit chance, +5% warzome comms, +5% off crafting times. One buff per planet. - create similar areas on all faction shared planets. Each providing a unique vender with unique items and a buff. I'm sure others can eliberate and flesh this out more.
  12. Thanks for the info. Successfully tanks all bosses tonight and got 4 upgrades. Was overall a good time and never really fealt in danger besides one enrage timer.
  13. Im being asked to tank some hard mode operations later today, but stat wise I dont think I'm ready... 51% DR, 19k health without stim, 40/40 shield/absorb 12% defense. We have really good healers and dps, we've downed the hard modes, but it's not always smooth as we only just started them a few weeks prior. Our main tank is off for the next two weeks and when he comes back it'll be as a dps. Should I hold off or try it out?

They have said as much with the whole "we care more about the people who play the high pop classes in regards to bug fixes, buff/nerfs" obviously I'm paraphrasing but that was the jist of it. People will give up and reroll, stop asking for a look at the class and bioware will just chalk it up to "well its always been a low pop class so working as intended" I've rerolled

  16. You can say its been just under 2 months since release but the energy management, uptime if you will, was well known long before I was in beta in regards to IA/BH. Its far from a new thing. They just dont care. They didnt then and dont now. If I had faith they did I might stick around. One of the last ops on my server to quit
  17. Just plain reroll. Maybe once theres zero ops they'll start to listen. They sure as hell dont now. I personally knew 9 IA's ( 2 being snipers ) out of those 2 still play them. Some quit some rerolled. I rerolled. Honestly if there was another MMO I was interested in I'd just move on. Kinda sad considering I put so much into this game for so long.
  18. After playing op for almost a year now in all its incarnations ( I was in regular testing ) I came to the same conclusion. Rerolled powertech earlier this week. Up to 29 now. I stopped doing the dailies on my op together. As it stands its nothing more then a bank. I know of atleast 2 ops who quit already and 1 sniper. I know of 2 others who rerolled.
  19. Personally Im done. I've fought this fight for close to a year. I'm tired of providing feedback in the forums they dont listen to at all, I'm tired of seeing all the ops trying to do good by providing ways to flesh out and improve the class. Something they obviously didnt and dont care to do. Tired of waiting for them to fix medic. Tired of waiting for them to fix lethality. Just plain tired. So I'm moving on. Good luck and put up the good fight as long as you got it in you.

My point was I dont know how or why this is in the medic tree, and wasting two points on the talent that has an extremely limited use ( must be stealth, target OOC ) over something that could improve healing is wrong. At some point you're probably putting points into something that doesnt improve your ability as a healer or puttings them into talents that improve a useless skill ( DS ). I was in beta since last may, at first the fact they didnt listen to the community about these same issues was understandable. The game was buggy but 3/4 of a year later with huge unresolved issues isn't so acceptable. Those same issues still plague 2 out of the 3 trees with not even so much as an acknowledgment of said problems. At some point you start to lose both patience and faith in the game and the company. I'm not unsubbing, I dont blame others who are because Im sure at some point enough is enough.
  22. 20% wouldn't be a huge increase? Here's an idea, nerf sorc/sage healing by 20% and see what happens as a social experiment. Bioware doesn't listen to ops ( pulled from another thread ) period. I'm not looking for a concealment buff. I'm not looking to be OP. What I do expect is for them to fix whats broken. I understand some of this takes time but honestlty Medical therapy has been broken for quite some time and they don't seem to care much. It's a well known fact that BH/IA healing is not on par with Sorc healing both in strength and overall uptime. OP has a host of utterly useless talents. Sedatives: honestly how often do you as a healer sleep dart on anyone in PVP. Prognosis Critical/patient studies: Should be native to the ability diagnostic scan and is essentially a waste of 4 points that you HAVE to take to get up the tree for an ability that is next to useless in PVE and more so in PVP. Med Shield: Should allow the shield probe ability to be cast on others as well. Why are we the only healer without a shielding ability? a Simple inspection of the talent trees of Corruption VS Medic shows the which is getting the ****** end of the stick. Sorc OP Lethality is broken in design. Here's an example of how messed up it is. Imagine as a Sorc/Merc/Commando/Sage/gunslinger/sniper you had to run into melee range and hit the target up close to proc a buff that let you use a core ranged ability. Seems like a design flaw to me. Both Med and CC have mulitple ways native to there spec/playstyle of generating TA's and lethality has ZERO. Very easy for people not playing medic/lethality to come into someone elses forums and say stop crying. Very hard to make people realize how broken things are. Even harder to get bioware to understand things are not ok. Next to impossible to actually bring about change. So if people are choosing to unsub, who am I or who are you to judge. I don't think it'll make a difference either. BW just doesn't care, I've come to terms with that.
  23. STILL no medical therapy fix. Still nothing to deal with how under powered the medic tree as a whole is. Still nothing to rebalance how broken lethality is. Nothing to deal with a lack of generating TA's, nothing to deal with the huge range discrepances. Maybe Bioware reads the forums but I highly doubt they read the IA ones. They dont even care enough to fix broken talents. Look at all the post's people put up here with great ideas for fixing issues. And yet patch after patch since long before launch theres just nothing but nerfs. My patience is wearing out.
