Thanks. I will give it a shot, and keep my eye on the junk mail folder and report back if it helps.

I am using Gmail. I receive all EA mails. I receive all Origin mails. I have checked every folder in existence in my Gmail account. I am not ignorant to how this functions, the email is not even getting to the account, it is not going to the junk mail, or any other folder. Again, i can get ALL communications from Bioware, EA, and have never had a problem.

Hey all. I've read all of the posts, yes I have tried different e-mails, etc. I receive all of my EA and Origin account emails with no issues -- except there is ONE email that will NOT ever come through: the verification email that confirms your email address is valid. I made a f2p account and couldn't get the email. I gave-up on ever trying to get it to work and was about to uninstall the game when I found my old SWTOR account and password. Luckily everything is verified. If you go into My Account, it even indicates that everything is verified. I subscribed. I now am 20th level and it keeps warning me I MUST VERIFY MY EMAIL and I can't play the character. If I go into "My Account,"there is NO way to verify my email. In fact, it says "You have completed all the steps necessary to play Star Wars™: The Old Republic." The verification email is not in my spam folder. Again, I receive ALL other emails from EA/Origin/SWTOR. The email simply never comes. In the game it shows me as a subscriber but I can't play the game past level 20.
