Does Jedi Siege content start with the flashpoint Traitor Among the Chiss? Because that flashpoint is a little difficult in some places going solo.

I have been away from the game for awhile (due to personal reasons) and have finally gotten back to the game. I have done the Eternal Throne storyline and just started the Iokath (SP?) story. While playing thought I got a rank up in Command and got a Command Crate/chest and when I tried to open it, nothing happens except it takes me to a command stash but there is nothing there and the crate is still unopened in my inventory. I am a subscriber if that matters and so I was just wondering if this was a bug or if I am not seeing something I need to do. I have thought about starting completely over just because it has been awhile since I played last and it seems like a lot of things have changed. Any thoughts or ideas on the command crate thing would be appreciated.

Maybe I am not seeing it on the ad page or not reading it correctly, but is the Outlander a new class? Or do we still have the same classes but we play the new content as one of our existing character. Sorry if this was addressed, just not seeing it anywhere. Thanks for any info.

Not sure if this should go here or not, but I sent a Recruit-a-friend trial to a friend. But he never received the email, I tried to send it to another email that he had, but again he received no emails. We checked his spam/junk filters and there was nothing that would stop bioware, swtor, or ea mail. Is there a delay or bug with sending these out?

Does the collector's edition vendor good ever change or is does it only carry the customizations for the first companion you get? I have seen some Security key vendors around the galaxy that seems to have different gear just not another collector's edition vendor. Any info would be appreciated.

Not sure where to post this but here goes. Is anyone having an issue with the guild tab not showing all guildies that are online but not showing on the list as online? This has been happening to me for awhile so not sure if it is a bug or what. Any info would be good.
