On the chestpiece, I got lucky and one of my friends got it as a random drop. The belt probably isn't part of the "set" but figured I'd include the one I'm wearing (crafted it). The items are for level 31.

I can't wait to get some orange gear that looks good. I have my Guardian looking exactly like I want him, but his pieces are all green. Strongly agree that the gear up till this point has not looked good, it's looked exactly the same as light armor.
