    Once I have a companion at 10k, I have never seen it dip below that. I suppose it is possible that if you go over 10k it is still there and only displays the 10k, so I might actually be losing affection but it still be remaining over 10k. I always thought that at 10k you just became so attached to each other that you could hit each other in the head with a baseball bat and not care, LOL.

    Let your companion do all the work. Your companion is immune to the laser that one shots you. After the first time it fires you can get behind the boss and engage. Just be careful to not get aggro back from your companion. As long as he/she maintains aggro you are good to go.

    From playing WoW, it was similar there. They had weapon and armor vendors that sold nothing but junk. Their main purpose was to repair and for flavor more then anything. Just filler material.

    I disagree. He did bring balance to the force in the end. When he threw Sidious into the pit, he fulfilled the prophecy. The prophecy never said when he would do it, just that he would.
