Im a lvl25 sentinel... And ive tried all these suggestion, and still nothing, can anyone suggest something better or do i need to be lvl 30. Like cmon, im wasting ceds and helthpacks

So, ive tried restarting the mission... And yea, nothings changed... Is there supposed to be some sort of special weapon or something to bring this guy down????
