Nothing like waiting 3 hours in the queue to get the dreaded "There was a server error screw you" when I get down to my turn in line and have to start all over again in line at 900. Since the first 3 hour queue I was in was only 300 I'm guessing its going to take 3 times as long since I'm number 900 now so another 9 hours. Yeah I'm not getting in tonight. I'd play on another server but my whole guild is on the one I'm trying to get in to. Oh well guess I'll go renew my subscription to Rift and play that while I wait in queue. If I do get in tonight I'm griefing any and all Imps I can find!

I have an older Belkin Nostromo N52, very similar to the Razer Nostromo and mine is working just fine. I don't see how it could be causing issues with the game, as far as the game is concerned it's just a keyboard. If it's causing issues its more likely a driver issue with the device. I've never has any issues using my older n52 with any mmo

I'm sick and tired of being at work. I'm waiting for someone to man up and do my job today so I can go home and play since I got EGA yesterday!

Say what you want to say about the whole EGA, preorder mess but so far things seem okay. Here is my experience so far: - I preordered on 11-28 from Best Buy online (I'm a total procrastinator) - I got the pre-order code 10 minutes later and registreed it without a problem - I got my EGA email yesterday at 11:03am MST - Got the email from Best Buy saying my CE order has shipped at 430pm MST - Got home from work at 630pm MST - I had already been logging into the game console everyday since pre-download started to make sure my client was totally patched So far so good - Logged in and found out my guild decided to move to a new server the day before, no big deal - The queue time to get onto the server they moved to sucked donkey balls - almost 90 minutes, but I got those queues in Rift on a Friday night - Played for about 2 hours with only one 2 second lag spike and had a lot of fun Yes waiting to log in sucked but I expected that, hopefully they will increase server caps at launch. Being a Sys Admin I understand the need to slowly stress test before unleashing hell. - Checked my UPS tracking number from Best Buy this morning and my CE will arrive on the 21st Considering how badly I've been waiting for this game and some of the horror stories I've been reading on the forums about pre-order screw-ups and all the people QQing I'd say my experience so far has been top notch. Yes there are some things BW could or should have done better but overall I think it's gone pretty well for me. Hopefully the rest of the people who pre-ordered get the EGA email today.

Yeah the queue time is horrid. Thats what happens when most people are at work and they all get online at the same time at the end of the day. Hopefully I get in tonight and at least create my toon.

Got my EGA email today (entered my code on 11-28) and Best Buy email confirming my CE has shipped, got a tracking number and everything (and no not posting my tracking number). There is hope yet for those still waiitng, just hang in there.

I'll tell you what will happen. All the people who cried and complained and cancelled thier pre-orders will cry and complain that they were misled into cancelling thier pre-orders and how its not fair that they have to actually leave the house and go to the store and get a copy of the game.

I know that feeling. I had a lot of good times playing that game. I wish I had reactivated back in September before the cutoff just to take one last look at my BH trophies from all the player bounties I collected. SWG will be missed.
