This is a real problem and it is a shame not to see any yellow message saying it is at least being looked at, and is a high-priority for finding a solution to.
I understand the whole spiel of wanting to ensure a good playing experience for everyone, and so managing server loads, but this current method has failed in a big way ... you have PENALISED players who registered early and set up guilds. Those players are going to be the ones writing about their experience and sharing the negativity beyond this forum.
I was in on day one of EA, and the guild I am in is the biggest on our server. For the first 3 days I could log in instantly, but now during peak hours the wait to log in is in excess of 30 mins. I know this isn't the largest queue, but for me any queue of more than 5 minutes is not acceptable. My play time is limited and if I decide I can spare an hour to play your game then I want to play now. Having half my playtime sitting in a queue is not a good use of my time.
Last night I just couldn't justify waiting anymore and so rolled a new character on a new server, which means the whole point of getting EA and having a pre-made guild has been wiped out.
As I say, you have penalised the players who pre-ordered early and created guilds from day one, and your current strategy for deciding when a server is 'full' obviously needs tweaking ... you should have cut off our server from new players well before it got to the point of needing to queue along with 500+ other people.
