  1. ^^this I'm currently running on an old quad core q6600 and a geforce 630GT graphics card as my decent PC died. Apart from having to turn shadows off, it runs the game fine (though even more of a lagfest than usual in PVP) so I think the OP will be just fine
  2. If you're on Jedi Covenant, good luck ever getting a ranked match, never seems to be anyone queuing
  3. I don't hate huttball, but I don't overly like it either. Especially when half the time your 'team'' is more interested in having a general brawl in the centre, ignoring the opposing team scoring goal after goal...still, at least it's over quick in those cases...
  4. Yes. Good news. I installed said build of Crossover last night on various PC's. PC running the 32bit and 64bit build of Ubuntu 12.04 beta one, SWTOR failed to run. However, running PCLinuxOS, Ubuntu 11.10, and the most recent stable builds of OpenSUSE and Fedora all ran fine. I lost maybe 3 to 5 fps max but other than that it runs well and looks fantastic.
  5. Probably right, MMO communities are not usually the best. No idea on SWTOR though, I rarely visit these forums to be honest!
  6. Not sure if this is any help. A post on the codeweavers website (developers of Crossover, a wine based product..they also contribute back to wine) details a Wine patch to enable the game to run. Not tried it yet as I am not at home You'd need to know how to patch and compile your own Wine install first of course!
