  1. Haven't played in multiple months, and they've sorta revamped crew skills. Is there one that's recommended for going towards on Smuggler? I'm currently biochem (because that used to be the only one worthwhile), but I'm only level 11 and can easily switch. Thanks for the advice!
  2. Thanks so much for your guys' help! Although, I think the specs linked incorrectly... they all look the same to me.
  3. So, I've recently come back to the game, and I decided to start a Scoundrel. My primary interest is in PvP and PvE healing, but I need a build for leveling up. I guess the problem with playing a game that used to have a huge player base, but doesn't anymore, is that it's impossible to find any recent info for the game. All of the posts are from January/February and 1.1. I've been searching for a solo PvE leveling build, but haven't had much luck. I've found lots of end game builds, but no idea what to go for for leveling. Also, it seems like Scoundrels are close-distance fighters.. is that true? Guess I wasn't expect that. Any advice on crew skills would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks everyone! It's good to be back.
  4. I haven't played since February, and at the time they said they were overhauling crafting skills. Back then the only thing worthwhile was Biochem. Is that still the case?
  5. Hey everyone, I recently resubbed, and I'd like to create a healer. I figured I'd go with Republic since I played Imperial previously, although I'm really not set in stone on that. Anyway, I'd like a healer who is decent at both PvE and PvP healing. It's been really hard finding any relevant info because most the threads on this topic are from December or have no responses. Are they both good at healing end game and in PvP? Or is one better than the other? I know Sage seems to be the best PvE healer, but I just find them ugly and am not interested in wearing a dress (I'm shallow. ). Thanks for the advice!
  6. It's weird. Everyone says the Jugg is so boring, but I'm currently level 32 and have been having a blast. I was specced Vengence for the first 30 levels, but switched to Immortal because I was dying really quickly, and it's even more smooth now.
  7. I feel like those of us who've paid for the game each month and still haven't managed to get to level 50 might even be more 'loyal' than those who are at 50 already. The fact that we're that slow and still playing should say something.
  8. Hm, I've preordered the game, and paid every month for a subscription, but because I level alts equally, I don't get a free month. I see.
  9. That's fine too, but I figured it'd be a poor business decision on their part.
  10. Because this isn't an ingame perk or something. This is $15 extra that I have to spend just because I haven't leveled a character to level 50. How's that fair?
  11. If you have a level 50 on your account, you receive free 30 days of game time for being "loyal."
  12. I feel like giving everyone nothing would be better than giving a select population a perk.
  13. I preordered the game, and have paid every month to play, but I don't have a level 50 yet. Why don't I get a free month? I've been just a loyal. What gives?
  14. I agree. I love this game, but the traveling is atrocious.
