I totally agree. I have several toons that has maxed affection for every companion including Treek and HK.

Any idea if we will have to regain all the affection for our current companions once the expansion comes out? I really hope we done because that took a lot of work and credits to get max affection with all my companions on every toon! Thanks

My SSD is getting full. Is it possible to just move SWTOR file to my reg HD rather than uninstalling and then reinstalling onto the different drive? Not wanting to lose all my preferences.

Anyone mind posting their Madness rotation or is Dulfy a good one to go by?

I can see both side of the debate. When I first started trying to gear up I was upset there were ppl rolling need while already having those pieces but now that I dont really need them(except for alts or random power pieces) I am starting to get random tells by ppl thinking I shouldnt be rolling on anything. I try to politely tell them I understand that and I went through the same thing but am I supposed to go through a full run just to gear you up? NO,if you dont like it tell the ops leader:-) If the ops leader says 1 piece per then I roll untill I get one or I dont:-)

What is the general consensus on rolling need or greed while in mostly a pug ops. If the rules are 1 set piece per person Should a person in set pieces be rolling need if he already has that set piece? What about non set pieces that is not for your class,if all you want is a particular mod or even for an Alt?

I would love to learn to tank but the random ******es i have to play with in group finder keeps me from doing it.

Well said. I dont tank very much but I would like to know what is wrong with guarding a healer? As per the previous poster stated. I would rather the over zealous DPS die than someone who is helping to keep me alive and thus the group. DPS can slow down or wait a bit before trying to tank.

If your that picky then make your own group and not worry about it. I am sure that the people you would eventually kick would be very thankful for it:p

This is one of the reasons why I recently cancelled my sub. I have 2 months left so hopefully it will get better for a weekend player like myself. Spending an hour looking for 55 or 60 HM for a reward that does not make doing it worth it is a time sync for me. It getting to the point where I only log on to raid 2 nights a week and then do nothing. Whats the point if the rest of the game cant hold any interest for me. I have been here on and off since alpha but with each expansion it gradually gets less entertaining.

They are way too many loot whores out there to try this method. I love those people who come into a pug raid or even partial Guild run with 4 or more set pecises and need on almost everything. Had a guy last night "Hanover":eek:,who was 5/7 and already had a head piece but won it. At the beginning of the raid the OPS leader said roll need only if you dont have that piece and only 1 set per person. When he was questioned about it. He DC'd:rolleyes:

This is what happens when you raise the level cap. A lot of the older content goes into the trash. I dont think I have done Sec X since 3.0.

Lack of no one running Flashpoints is killing it as well. When I spend 30minutes waiting as DPS in que its sad but when I switch to heal speac and spend another 30mins in que its even sadder. Finally get a 60HM pop and cant finihs it due to ppl not knowing,not caring or not geared enough or all of the above. So ppl stop doing them because the reward is not worth the time and effort. Now that they have fixed 55HM not counting toward the weekly I dont see much point in doing those now.

I think that is his point. No one likes to pug theses because the time and effort it takes to complete is not worth it. Bringing 1 buddy may shorten the time in que and completion but it is still not worth the effort to spend in que and doing them. I went and bought tank gear and augmented it just to spend less time in the 55HMS and now that they have fixed it where it no longer counts towards the weekly I am thinking about not even bothering to do those. I am spending less and less time playing SWTOR and with Spring and Summer here I may just cancel.

I dont think its pointless. Light Armor wearers shouldn't be looking like they are wearing heavy armor etc. Then again Heavy armoe shouldnt be allowed that privlage to look like Sorcs. So if you give it to one then give it to all or none.

What is a good Accuracy for Companions,is it the same for a PC? Would like to eventually to augment some of my companions. Thanks

Would like to see the comm system go back to the way it was before 3.0 As a casual player I enjoyed running flashpoints to get elite and ultimate comms. Now running those is just a pain if they are run at all. I also enjoyed having 4 OPS to choose from to get those elites and ultimate's. Also would like to see a more friendly melee OPS. As it stands now groups are taking less and less melee DPS to complete the current ops. Would like to see a force user healer companion,preferably human but I can agree on another species. Would like to see Biochem reusables again. The rare mats doesn't justify making those unless all you do is log on twice a week to raid on that toon. Would like to see the war between the Empire and Republic continue. Its feel as with these shared enemies story lines your taking the cheap way out to make stories.

I just healed this yesterday and the group make up was 3 melee and my sorc in dps gear healing it. They should stood there and took the red circles the entire fight while I healed them through it. It was a bit hairy but the three pugs didnt seem to care to stay out of the red. Side note on the last boss fight one of the DPS tried to push the boss before the turrents so I can see why he didnt want to stay out of the red:-) I knew it was going to be an interesting run when I had to tank several mobs in the first few pulls while the tank and other dps went for the stronger targets first and no Tank guard was used.

You left out the part that the Tank doesnt use their Guard anymore,if they do use it use it on their buddy who has ****** gear. Most tanks don't even bother to use their Guard anymore. Why are ther so many DIVA Tanks out there.
