My guild is looking to join/merge with another guild, we are looking for a casual guild that is doing PVE with some PVP. We would like the guild to be close to running 8 mans on a normal basis or being close to running 16 mans. We would be bringing about 15-20 individual players with us, there is a main core of about 7-8 of us who play normally and 4 of those who are mainly PVPing at the moment but would love to run some end game content. I want to heal for my arena team and I already have a level 55 sorc but I am wondering if I should level a Op instead. What does everyone think?

I recently hit 55 and I find warzones to be very frustrating and I was hoping that the PVP community could point me in the right direction to help me get better. The warzones always feel one sided, either we are kicking butt or we are getting smashed, is that normal? Why is it so hard to kill people? I feel like there are always a couple of healers on the enemy team and there is all this cross healing going on and we can never kill anyone unless its like 8v1. I'm sure there are a lot of threads about all this, but how can I get better and directly help my team to get better? Any ideas, thoughts, videos, forums would be greatly appreciated. Hello, I'm having trouble with my skill rotation and feeling very lackluster in my current PVP damage. I'm currently specc'ed deception, level 52 and I am never even close to the top of damage in the warzone I do. Please help me! =D Any advice, videos or anything else would be greatly appreciated. Also I have a equal level Vengance Jugg buddy that I play with and he destroys me in dueling, how do you beat them!!!
