you ABSOLUTELY cannot. you are on rails the entire game, you move with your story from one planet to the next...you have no other planets within the same level range that would have quest hubs for you. everything is set up so that you travel along a set path from a-b-c. try for yourself. if you deviate from the plan you are going to get to a planet too early. i agree with OP and those who say this game is incredibly claustrophobic and linear, i was extremely disappointed. it makes me sad that i never got to experience SWG.
