I have been playing a Vanguard and love Taugrims "Iron Fist" spec. This uses a good combination of the tank/dps trees to give has good survivability and decent DPS. I just wondered if the Assassin can have a similar type Spec??

Is this spec also good for PvP in Warzones which i will be doing alot of? Also on deception which boxes do u reccomend I take or is it easier to say the ones to miss out?

I am mainly interested in PvP in WZ, while levelling I will do it a bit of PvE but I like doing Warzones better. I have tried to search but with the 1.2, is this now different. Putting PvE aside, I am mainly interested in PvP in WZ. What points should I be putting where and which ones should I be missing out on in the concealment tree? Also please give me some advice to rotation, i am currently lvl 16. I generally at the moment sneak up to someone backstab, shiv and then overload shot and a stun? This about right?

Thanks for replies, was planning on DPS Operative. I have a Sage healer and yes these are a pain to heal with and I am not lking it much especially since 1.2. So primarily will give DPS a go but might try a Op healer. To the DPS Ops out there how do u do with 1v1 fights?

HI, I am nearly complete on my starter planet and looking forward to doing WZ with my new Operative. But should I be, are Ops any good and useful in WZ? I know the usual depends on player skill etc but are Ops still balanced enough that I can frely on skill? Cheers for replies in advance

I am in exactly the same situation.... getting bored with all my characters on the low pop server. I have 5 other alts ranging level from 18 - 32 and again i dont really want to sacrifice all my time and legacy. But I am so fed up of long Q times and no one to do flashpoints with at all levels. Decided to make an ALT on a full server and totally different but I have alot to give up if I continue with him. When is server mergers or Transfers!!!!!! Best be soon if I am to stay

Agree all with what OP says I am going to give till end of month then have my free month (or whatever they mean) and then leave if no change to rewards

is the OP stupid?? He must be a player constantly in PREMADES. This patch does not support PUGS grps at all. I have lost my last 20 WZ and in 15 of those I got zero rewards, how stupid is that. Even if I was the best PvPer ever (which by a long way I am not), if I am in a PUG then I am not going to win against a well made PREMADE. As in another post, I am fed up with zero rewards for my time spent so that's it for me. GAME OVER till changed!!!

The new PvP system for rewards is ridiculous, PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!! Played for the last 6hrs, (4 last night, 2 this morning) and being face rolled by imps every WZ. I have hardly got any rewards. Frustrated and NO MORE, not playing again till changed. If this does not change then I am another to leave for GW2

Yes I agree with OP. Since the respec I went back to healer to give it ago again but I still lack the medals the DPS people are doing. I am after all healing my a** off keeping them alive and not getting much for it. Think another respec is in order back to DPS

I agree to a certain extent and in ceetain games and environments BUT not in an MMO. This is supposed to be fun and grinding is hard enough but not getting any rewards for time put in is just plain stupid. I have played about 4hrs tonight and only won 2 out of probably 20 or so WZ and hardly any reward what so ever. I know one thing I wont be doing this again in a hurry until something is changed. But I guess u must be one of these players on IMP side and a constant PREMADE, u all say that. I bet once u r in a PUG and lose alot you will change your tune

I thought this patch supposed to make PvP in WZ better?? I beg to disagree especially for the losing team and getting no Valor, No commendations, no cash, this is just rediculous. Whats the point in spending 15mins in a WZ when you are getting steamrolled, there is just no sense to it. I have seen people leavign WZ more than ever now and it is just plain stupid. How did the DEVS think this was a good idea I will never know. I have been so frustrated tonight being on the low pop republic side, I have been playing for 4hrs and only won 2 WZ so never getting daily done so i can play my alt. Oh well looks like my patience has nearly ran out with this game

I play on Niman server and the population is ridiculous....I work shifts and play pretty much throughout the day when not very many are about and on a night when a few more do get on and play. Today what frustartes me soo much is trying to play WZ and my republic side is always short of players. We always starting with about 4-6 players if we are lucky and if we are really lucky then we might finish with 8 but thats after the WZ is already lost. Never known an MMO with so low numbers and I am soon to not worry anymore as I am on the verge of cancelling and this would be a real shame as the game has great potential.

Hi, Some great reading, I am currently a Level 30 Seer and thinking of going the DPS route as don't believe the healing is that great with Seer at the moment. I am at work so please forgive me when i ask what WM, up before MC, pebbles and PoM are again? Also yes I am a bit of a noob but just looking for advice, so what do you mean till PoM procs? Your specs look really good any advice where to put my early points? Go all TK first or Balance? Thanks and sorry again for noob questions.

I have just gone Jedi Sentinal and would appreciate a guide where to put my points and a good rotation. Could I be so bold to ask about setup for keybinds, as there seems to be so many skills to use dont know which skill to use:) Only early days for me yet tho at lvl 13:)
