I have a mercenary which has the Unload (channeled) ability. It does x damage per second. But if Alacrity reduces the duration, doesn't the ability do less damage? Other abilities read "does x damage over its duration" so that should be fine.

I saw a Sith Juggernaut walking around with a double-bladed lightsaber, i thought those were only for the assassin and the shadow?
