Having same issue, killed the beasts, and can't click any of the fruits on ground.

I just love the open world pvp, large scale engagements with no lag. And was hoping to get into the warzones, but I guess I will have to wait till they fix it :\

Na my system is well beyond what it takes to run this game, As I said I only get the lag in the Warzones. Seems it's a bug that they are going to fix, some people are affected.

So I que up for my first Warzone on my nice new Troopr Medic,,, and OMG what's with the damn lag? I couldn't do anything except die ALOT. Open world on max setting I get 50-60fps, and 40-50fps in large open PVP. Why are the Warzone broken, and when are they gonna fix it.
