Probably asked for a bonus to have to do research in her white knighting. They refused as would be expected and so she "wings" it. Those Wildstar folks look like they are pulling out all the stops to create a game with as many features as users in other games have asked for or liked. Their motto, once again, is "the devs are listening". I've kinda lost faith in the TESO, I don't know why, I guess it's because I haven't seen any real game play footage or good details from them yet and it makes me nervous. FF, I'll probably try out just because I like FF. That one I can't make any judgement at all on yet.

I'm a pure PVE players and while I hate getting ganked by a pvp guy while doing a quest. this: is kinda ridiculous to say.... 1) there's a PVP title on the quest. 2) you are warned as you enter the area....in fact you get a countdown to turn around and leave. 3) if you think people shouldn't attack you in a PVP area, when you're pvp flagged, you're being foolish. I get that people feel this is a PVE quest, but it's not. It's in a PVP area, labeled PVP. Just because it has an objective does make it a PVE quest. I put forth this... Do you pick up warzone quests that call for "participate in 3 warzone matches" then when you inevitably get Huttball, do you yell at people that attack you while carrying the ball because you feel it's a PVE aspect of the game since there's an objective? Do you get angry when you're in the hypergate one trying to cap a node and someone attacks you? I doubt it, because you realize these are PVP areas. What makes ilum any different? I am by no means a blind "biodrone" supporter of this game, I think it's a buggy pie of crap, but I'm honest and logical and what people complain about with this Ilum thing is just a little silly to me. It says PVP... If your problem with it just comes down to how long it takes to get rep...roll alts and do it more, wait till it returns and do more of it. It's a recurring event, you're not supposed to get it all in one go.

also, if they haven't fixed/changed it.... when my brother and I were running sorcs, we would go into our story areas while still in a group together, but in our own story phases. Then, as we'd move through our individual story areas, we'd get XP for each other's kills on top of our own. Basically, we'd get the XP from doing it twice, but only having to do it once...it was just harder to do on our own sometimes....so sometimes we'd do it together twice....6 to one, half a dozen the other, but just a tip if it still works like that.

This....exactly. People throwing that out there don't seem to understand that two teams doesn't mean their focus is equal on both parts. It's clearly more toward CM.

This is how I see it. I get uppity from time to time, but there is obvious problems with this game and it's direction. The people that don't come to the forums will just leave from all the issues, most people don't want to deal with the forum crap. Just look at the population trends you can find...2.0 hit, pops went up...since then, they have been steadily decreasing. (http://www.torstatus.net) Looks to me like it's already started......again... It's like people keep trying to give this game a chance...keep coming back thinking, this is it...this is the real jesus patch...only to find it's just more broken systems and still no fixes to things they quit over before.....

Not complaining, but curious. Are these threads supposed to be just about progression guilds that get the bosses down first or second? I'm curious why TFB isn't there anymore if it's still an end game(lvl 55 now) operation. I mean, we're a pretty casual guild that by no means is even close to a progression guild. We raid for fun and that's what it is, but it's still a nice thing to see where we fall in with other guilds on the server. Shows what others might also be like us. Also allows for casual players looking for a place to raid casually to see what guilds are still working on things and where they might be. If it would interest them to contact those guilds because maybe that's where they were when they left their last guild, or everyone in it quit or something... Anyway, I'm not complaining, I'm just curious. I am too damn lazy to maintain something like this, so I'm happy with whatever is up here and will continue to use whatever one is the "main" ops thread. I thank you again for starting a new one because of whatever the hell happened in the last one....

No, I'm stating it's not much of a "reward" for being a subscriber in my opinion. I didn't say it isn't one at all, but it's hardly worth much at all and you can only really buy, maybe, one thing a month. I just laugh when I keep seeing them tout how much of a benefit it is to be subscribed and get 500 coins a month. The more they add to the CM, the more worthless 500 CC become. Since all they add is CM items, that is making that 500CC pretty worthless.... .......in my OPINION

Has someone else confirmed this? You can't actually pick a colour, you gotta get lucky to get the colour you want? You can't be serious.

Let's be clear here.....it's THING, not things with an S. 500 CC a month might get you ONE new thing off the cm a month...and that's only if it's discounted, something older or something unpopular. Hardly the massive bonus everyone seems to claim it is.

Theory follows... Unfortunately, when they released Makeb/2.0 and the code that had been shelved until it's release (since last summer), it re-released the issue. Now they have let that dev go long ago with all the layoffs and he probably didn't comment, like most devs, so they are scratching their head on how to fix it again.....while they start blankly at it, we all wonder why they refuse to even acknowledge it's return.

DISCLAIMER: This is not meant to attack you, but to demonstrate why people come here to complain..... So if you like a game and have issues with some of the decisions or lack of support for some issues, you should just quit playing completely and never let them know your dissatisfaction so maybe they can address it? I guess if I was to use the ability delay thread as an example, it would show how futile it is to come here to detail problems and voice your concerns or issues with the game you're playing since they refuse to respond to it in any way. So maybe you're right and anyone with a problem, whether they enjoy the game or not, should just quit playing cause no one is listening. I suppose this is the new support style you'd like them to adopt? "Don't like an aspect, don't tell us about it, just quit."

Surely there's enough people experiencing this now that they could at least acknowledge it and perhaps make some sort of statement toward what they're doing to correct it. Completely ignoring this and the ability delay thread is not helping me feel confident they can get it fixed.
