    Genuinely disgusted with In-Game support. Several tickets have gone ignored for nearly a week and this issue is still persisting. But I'm glad you managed to fix it for nearly 5% of the community, Bioware. Well done.

    I don't know if this has been discussed before(I haven't had time to just patrol the servers much. >_>) but I think equipment with hoods should have an option to pull the hood up or down. It'd be extremely easy to code, the only problem I could see is making all the textures, meshes, and et cetera. I just think it'd add a lot more flavour to the game, js.
