While it has been an issue, it doesn't change the fact that 1 region has to get it during the daytime while another has it at night. That is something they definitely need to sort out before they're opening up for more regions. This is also the reason a lot of angry players post complaints here. Personally, I don't really care. I have other things to do as well, but imagine that someone who's unfit for work (disabled or other issues that make them unable to get a job or work) and has to spend entire days at home. They might pick up gaming to kill time (I do for example but I just play/do something else during maintenance). Now imagine them being a big fan of a game and really wanting to play only to see a "Currently the servers are unavailable for maintenance" thing pop up. You work hard every day of the week and when you do have some time available to play, something you've been looking forward to for days, you're unable to. Main problems right now are; Maintenance notices are supposed to be 24 hours ahead of the maintenance. Wasn't the case yesterday and I don't recall it being the case for the last few. Maintenance during unpleasant hours for a lot of players (Majority being EU, others from AU and even from NA) Bioware not listening to feedback and suggestions regarding maintenance times Won't change anytime soon. We'll just have to learn to live with these (for a lot) unfortunate times until Bioware wakes up or they add another region to the list.

Some countries in the EU have a monday-friday job system. Meaning they have the saturday and sunday off. Some people work on these days and depending on their job, don't have much time to play outside of weekends. Now imagine that those subscribers want to play for a couple of hours on their day off to relax before doing housechores and such. Then along comes Bioware, puts up a wicked grin and flips them the finger. This is probably the reason why some subscribers complain about maintenance times. And sorry to say this but from the looks of it, US customerbase doesn't seem to give a **** about anyone but themself.

They should just fire that guy and blacklist him within the games industry

So far I've got 6 Relic tokens (pre-1.1 so none gave PvP stuff), 5 pair of gloves and 2 heads. Once opened 8 bags (2x weekly 2x daily) and got 2x relic and 2x gloves. Bad RNG is bad :/

Hope they'll include a fix for the 4-5 elite spawns (group of 2 and group of 3) within 10 seconds as well. 1 is fine, 2 we can handle but when 3 more suddenly spawn.. Just no :s For those that aren't entirely sure what I'm on about: Right now everytime we're on the last disk we get 2 elites. Shortly after that, 2-3 more spawn. We're unable to keep them at bay through CC. This happens on both pylons.
