I don't generally pre-order games. So, I didn't really care about getting into this game early until I actually got into the Oct beta. As soon as I played it I pre-ordered. Then in the Nov. weekend beta I gave the 2nd key to a RL buddy of mine that wasn't planning on playing this game. He played the Nov. beta and both he and his wife pre-ordered and the guild I have been in since 1996 is coming to this game! *woooot* I don't have to play alone... with strangers!

I entered my code on Oct 12th and I am hoping for today but I don't think that will happen. Tomorrow is a bit more what I am expecting. I would even be happy if I don't get in until Friday since I am at work all day during the week anyways.

Neither. You just aren't comprehending the words that he wrote correctly. Let me help you. A stress test is a "shock" so to speak to the servers to see how they perform. The second part of his message is more along the lines of they are taking it 'slow and easy" to make sure they DON'T stress the servers without needing too. Just like a dam. They open the floodgates a little at a time.... and then a little bit later they can open them even more. However if they just threw the floodgates all the way open right away at first your little town downstream would be flooded and your dog would die. That would make you moar sad I think.

Look folks. BW knows exactly how many invites they have already sent out per wave. They also know exactly how many folks are in game on the servers right now. My bet is that there is a large percentage of invitees that haven't logged in yet, due to work, school, having a baby, whatever. Relax, you will get in when it is your turn.

Why are you folks hitting F5 so much? Don't you have a smart phone that is tied to your email account and will start playing Star Wars music when an email comes in?? Sheesh, some peoples kids.
