It really isn't that long of a game and if you have hit 50 once every time after is even quicker.

In my beta group there were quit a few reaching it in under a week during the last few rounds of testing. Even working full time and going to class I was able to reach it 3 times before the wipe.

If you know the routes to take even with out skipping the cut scenes you can hit 50 in about 5 days. If you are skipping scenes (side quests change very little from class to class) it speeds up drastically. At the end to the 30 day trail period many players will have at least one 50 and most likely more. The launch is lining up with the holiday breaks for many people which encourages faster leveling then normal (the 5 days was tested near the later part of November).

They are banking heavily on people making LOTS of alts. The fully voiced aspect is also going to make new content slower to put out as well. I am curious how they are going to try to handle people easily reaching 50 inside the trail period.

1006 pages in about a week. That is rather impressive. Edit: And still the only response has been "we are looking at it" and "deal with it".

About as well as this one will once the newness of the voice acting and star wars name goes away. It doesn't bring anything else to the table.

lol They only just now fixed the issue with Taris, even though they have known about it for nearly 6 months. It just seems weird that the near universal response to the no AA thing is "fix it yourself" when I always thought that that was part of what the developers were being paid to do.

I really am starting to wonder how so many players know what the issue is and how to fix it yet BW hasn't been able to in 3 months.

lol You make it sound like they won't ignore you there. When Origin messed up my cancellation (they were going to charge me for it anyways) it took me 6 tries over the course of 2 days to get anyone to even speak to me. Most just took the call and then hung up before I even said word one.

That was several years ago now. People expect progress. If SWTOR was releasing when WoW did then it would be different.

And we have how they are going to try and ride out all their issues.

Actually there was one server that did some thing similar in my beta group. When it hit its max load it start dropping people randomly. It was said to be a bad server and was fixed it shortly after but there may have been more that had the same issue.

This is why I am waiting. The problem is that if to many people wait for it to get better SWTOR won't have the monthly subs to warrant or pay for the changes. Edit: Like this. http://xkcd.com/989/

At first? Yes. I was hoping that they took the beta test to heart and were going to put out a quality product. After seeing so many of the same issues being brought up in the forums I realized I will hold my money for 6 months to a year and see if they have cashed in on any of their promises.

Not worth my time. Also the only things I have commented on are the lack of changes since beta and how they are treating their customers. I would say you can search my post history and find one that is otherwise (if there is I will honestly apologies(sp)) but that has been turned off for the last couple of days for some reason.
