I'd love to get character transfers sooner than later. Only thing I would hope for is to keep my legacy levels but at this point, I'd take anything. Thanks!

Until faction balance is attained, there isn't much Bioware can do about it. It is an open PvP world, that's what they went for in their design. At least now, people actually do PvP in Ilum rather than letting people live so they can flip points back and forth. It will take time, but it should eventually balance out a bit. You could reduce the Ilum cap, but this is basically WoW wintergrasp issues. Just remember, you don't have to go to Ilum. Warzones can always be an alternative.
