two reasons, two blasters

i linked my bottom bar to my keypad-keys. works good enough for me.

i am doing my Armstech, and for an advanced blaster pistol, i need some Turbo-Plas, but i can't find it anywhere... is there a vendor that sells it? is it an item from a mission? a craftable perhaps? please help me make bigger guns!
