I personally think that EV/KP HM needs to be beefed up quite a bit. I ran S&V HM about two weeks ago, people wiped left right and center on Dash'roode because they couldn't understand that the Xuvva's need to be DPSed before they destroy the generator. All were 224 geared, nearly all of them were woefully incompetent.

And what happens when the fanfare from 4.0 dies down, what are you left with? Two servers that don't have enough of a player base. Get a grip.

The reason we have some many on is due to 4.0. Once the fanfare dies down you'll find the population will come back to manageable levels.

It was worse for me. We were just about to kill Operator IX when it crashed. The boss literally had 4% health left.

In my opinion you shouldn't neglect absorb as it is still an important stat, especially since shield and absorb go hand in hand. Sure, you want to keep absorb lower than those two stats, but keep it up reasonably high. In my experience having too much defence is not a good thing; it leads to you having too many eggs in one basket.

The alternate companion for Lightsiders is Doc . I'd go with 31 points in defence, choosing all skills except Purifying Sweep, Commanding Awe and Freezing Force, with the other 10 points in Vigilance (Saber Mastery, Improved Sundering Strike, Perseverance and Accuracy). People seem to be forgetting that the $15 subscription doesn't just cover things you can get on the Cartel Market (including and not limited to Grab Bags). Subscribers also get access to unlimited WZs, Ops and the new Section X area on Belsavis as well as other things I cannot quite remember. You aren't just paying $15 for a chance at a rare item, you are paying that money for the additional perks of subscribing stated by Bioware. I really fail to see why people are getting hot under the collar about this.

You're lucky you can play, I have a repair error that means that ever since 1.3 I have not been able to access the game.

I have a level 50 Jedi Guardian and I feel shortchanged big time. I have hardly any stuns and if I go up against a Imperial Agent or a Bounty Hunter I don't stand even the remotest chance because I get stunned into oblivion. I have played over 20 warzones today and haven't won even one. Republic players were under powered before this patch, now people like me are just cannon fodder.

I completely disagree, I played MMO's where you practically could not pass wind without being reprimanded in some form. The issue is noobs going to Ilum and camping at containers meaning that higher levels cannot loot them. This is because they have to compete with a bunch of other people who, in all honesty shouldn't really be there in the first place. Sometimes you get people who want to whinge and moan about the issue just to stir up dissent within a community.

I certainly think that some server transfers could help speed things up a little, because I can understand why people might get frustrated when the Harbinger server now has a 1 hour queue time.

I only checked SWTOR about once every two weeks or so, yet I still managed to get in the day after the beta (I pre-ordered in early August). So I don't buy the "oh people have lives" argument, it is a weak one at best.
