I normally don't complain. I am not going to really complain here. I will how ever be thinking about not subscribing after my 30 days unless this issue is addressed. I just can't justify paying 15/month to wait for hour or more in a queue only to get into game and get disconnected or it being time to go to sleep. Love the game, but my money is important to me and I won't throw it away on something that isn't usable to me. Typically when I walk away from something I do it for good. I want to see this game survive and be successful. Please don't make your customers walk away because they can't play what they pay for. It is no fun for us and it affects your paychecks. If this does go on for a while at least offer us some more free time as we aren't getting 30 days free if we can't even get into the game. And no re rolling on a new server is not a option for me. I have over 30 hours into my character and was on the server since day one of early release.

I would agree with the OP until yesterday. Yesterday I was unable to complete missions from the fact that every 10 to 20 minutes I was getting ganked from behind or ganking people from behind while doing missions on Tattoine. I am level 27 and spent a good part of my day yesterday dealing with open world pvp. I think one of your issues is that you are such a high level and a lot of people are not in your areas. I got in on day one of early release and have roughly 30 some hours in game. You have played a ton more than me. Realize that some people can't play the hours that we have and give them a chance to reach your level. For all you know there may have only been one or two people from the other faction in the same area as you were. Don't get me wrong I expected a different type of open world PVP. Well I expected to be ganked by a high level character after leaving the starter planet, but you don't even get into open world pvp areas until around level 25.

^This. You will notice that the servers that show populations you have a toon on. You will also see that it has a big red arrow pointing down that indicates the server is offline. At least that is what I see when I look at it.
