Rock Bottom? No, but it is definitely down there.
1) Edit: After replaying it, I realized I was incorrect
2) The paradox of major leaders of both factions being dead
3) Scions conveniently coming out of hiding with the bizarre wish of you becoming a god over their own gods...
4) The fact that after you regain the fleet you just don't almost immediately obliterate the opposing side.
4a) From what I can tell the each army has around 15,000 troops (6 ships each) with a naval firepower advantage to the Empire
4b) There is at least 40-50 Eternal Fleet (Zakuul) sent to Iokath, which I would think considering all things would decimate both.
4c) In the opening Theron makes it sound like (if you are LS) that planets are joining your alliance ie leaving either the Republic or Empire.
5) You don't have the option to then say "screw you both"
6) The super weapon aka Tyth can be hurt maybe even possibly destroyed by turbo laser fire
