So basically I'm looking for a friendly guild rep side who run ops fairly regularly for a laugh (SM and HM) and anything else. I've got 3 55's at the mo (1 healer 2 dps). I've run into the same issue. I'm still not certain whether its just a run of bad luck but I haven't had a purple aug thingumy for ages from slicing now and as you say they seemed to be much more common just after the 1.2 patch.

I believe consulars get another companion (other than the droid and lizard) from the class quest line on the hutt planet.

Sold several orange items for crazy low prices the other day before I understood Weirdly though last night I updated an armour item with a better 'armour plate' thingamabob and the actual armour value of the item didnt change. The upgrade items themselves went from a value of I think 38 to 46 but when installed didnt seem to change the armour of the actual item. Thanks for the original post though
