Qruuk still bugged, can't do the veiled threats story mission. However, either I missed it last week or its been fixed, but I can do the daily manaan missions acquired at the mission board in a separate room from Qruuk. To the extent I missed this and got cranky last week, sorry. But, would still be nice to see whatever story piece is associated with these dailies.

I agree, 2-4 weeks response time to CS tickets is deplorable. However, this is not a problem specific to BW/EA. I've also had occasions where I waited 2-3 weeks for a response from Blizzard CS.

Do not ignore raiders. Do not ignore story players. Do not ignore PvP players. Do not ignore anyone in your player base. Please make a well rounded game -- which includes story content and group PvE content, and PvP content. This game sorely needs new FPs and new OPs and new WZs to reach a balance. Although, the only part on the horizon is a new WZ.

Overall, "story" content is still fun for me. Easy but fun. I challenge myself with HM FPs, and any kind of Ops. Depending on the group, some tactical FPs can be challenging.

I'm not sure if the token would remain after you unsub. But If I were you, I would use that lvl 60 token prior to unsubscribing.

He, Klarick for clarification, is off base in two ways: making the broad generalization that the majority of commentators in this thread are self entitled whiners, and calling the majority of commentators in this thread "snowflakes" My response: pointing out something you disagree with and making a suggestion on how to make it better is not self-entitled whining -- it is constructive criticism (from a subjective viewpoint). And for "snowflake" ... I simply and utterly disagree that the OP, other commentators, or myself qualify as snowflakes. In addition, my main point, is that you can have valid feedback without being an IT whiz...
