Wow! I didn't know you were going to be completely resistant to criticism/feedback. If you do well enough on your build, that's fine. More power to you. That's not to say you couldn't do better with some tweeks. Those are some respectable numbers you can put out with a sub-optimal build, just imagine what you could do if you were open to making some changes and getting out of your comfort zone. The fact that you don't run out of juice in this build shows me that you really like the missile spam (the fact that you've switched to the T2F reinforces this), go nuts and do you. There are plenty of matches where all I hear is someone trying to do a missile lock on me, and when I constantly break LOS and they aren't able to get that lock they just simply can't kill me. If that's the pigeon hole you want to put yourself in, go for it as it makes my life easier. If you want to challenge yourself, the true aces focus on blasters (I am by no means an ace, but maybe one day).

The best solution I've seen suggested here is Dwho's, making the amount of conquest rewards consistent across the board would encourage everyone to just play what they like. You do realize they have entirely separate teams that work on the game (devs) from people who manage the community and deal with cheaters right? They aren't going into a system designers or art teams office and asking them to take time out of their busy day to "deal with some cheaters."

Most of what you put here I'd say is personal preference, the only thing I outright disagree with is your use of Efficient Targeting. That takes Clusters from 1.3 lock-on to 1.1. Not a huge gain, but the loss of Regeneration Extender is a huge dps loss for this ship.

I still think it's a better method to do like season 1, just let us chose from the list what we want to do from the 2 dailies and 2 weeklies. Honestly, the only thing that kept me from cancelling my sub this last few months was my starting to like GSF. I did the dailies and weeklies for GSF when I could and finished out the season playing 100% of GSF by the end of it. If I'm going to be forced into content I don't want to play this next season then I won't do it, period.

Currently I'm not playing because I just got bored of the empty feeling everywhere I went except for the fleet and I didn't fell like there was anything for me to do once I reached lvl 50 as I don't like raiding or PvP. Once the game gets dual spec and same server dungeon finder I'll probably resub and try it again

I completely agree, going in and out of each sector while not hard to do was a tad anoying. And the space mission always seemed to be in the last one I looked in too

While this is true for the most part, High Velocity won't give you any benefits until you get deeper into the tree and actually buy those benefits. Trust me, you want your targets to catch on fire from Combustible Gas until you get Tracer Missle, at early levels High Velocity will do nothing for you and without fire procs from Combustible Gas you may as well take Rail Shot off your toolbar. Sure Rail Shot isn't great, but it's a decent instant cast ability and the OP was asking for best dps

Use Combustible Gas until you get Tracer Missle, around lvl 20, then switch to High Velocity. The only reason you want Combustible is the fire will let you use Rail Shot, but once you get Tracer Missle that will put a heat signature on your target for Rail Shot.

Genocide is universally hated, but by your logic I guess we should bring it back because it was getting the job done? Your logic is flawed, universal hatred of the decay system is one of the many reasons SWG failed. If people hate things in a game they pay to play, then they will stop paying for it, and if people unsubscribe then the game doesn't have enough income to sustain it's servers and then the game dies. Impleminting an idea that they know the vast majority of their players will hate just to "fix the economy" is a sure way to chase away their subscription base.

I don't know why people keep trying to turn this game into SWG? I'm sorry your little game failed, but overall the reason it failed is because the majority of people who played it didn't like it... simply put, you need to get over it and realize it isn't coming back and that this is a good thing.

I honestly don't understand why world PVP was even implimented, if you want to PVP in the world join a PVP server. If you only want to PVP in certain areas and don't want to worry about getting ganked join a PVE server and do warzones. World PVP always felt tacked on in any game they put it in and this one is no exception.

You should be able to go to Sound Options, Playback Devices and click on the device you want to play your audio and select the Set as Default button. It probably depends what version of Windows you run, but I get there by right-clicking the speaker icon in my task bar and select Playback Devices

The key, while you level, is not to send out your companions on missions which costs credits but rather to gather the items from nodes on the ground while you quest. I have slicing, archaeology and scavenging and haven't sent my companions out since around lvl 20, once I got my skill high enough to loot the nodes, and I have plenty of credits

BSOD can also be bad RAM related, if updating your drivers and making sure nothing is conflicting with each other doesn't fix it, bring it someplace like Best Buy to have your RAM tested

I did something similar in beta, just press K for your talent tree and you should see your AC choices again
