  1. After waiting an age to login again I have checked and the mount has finally unlocked.. This issue is fixed
  2. I tried to unlock the Cybernetic Varactyl in my Cartel Collection. it has taken the cartel coins but not unlocked the item. I have closed the game and logged in, but I am stuck in a loading screen
  3. I was charged 400 Cartel Coins to unlock the Zakuulan Inquisitors Armor Set which is a silver rated armor set and not a gold/platinum set. I have already raised customer support request (see below) but I was advised to raise this in the community forums.
