  1. I really don't get it if you're that unhappy why are you still here? Just doesn't make any sense you're just clogging up the forums with hate posts (which is why BioWare is just deleting posts) which are neither constructive or necessary. I'm aware this post is neither constructive nor necessary but just looking to see why so many people who'd rather complain then offer some constructive criticism and hate on people who still play the game. (I'm aware there are people who voice concerns and offer up alternatives but 95% of the forums are just out for blood hoping that some day there will be the perfect MMO on the first try) Bring on the trolls!

    Thats a bit of a joke considering that all the pvp gear has against any other piece of gear is alittle more endurance and some expertise. My PvP gear for my Shield Tech Bounty Hunter (Super Commando gear) is pretty much just tank gear.
  3. Anything below a Raedeon 6770 only needs a 450W PSU (Which I believe is based on the 5xxx series chipset anyway, not 100% sure on that) once you get any higher than that then you need to start getting into the bigger PSUs.

I haven't done Kaon since it came in I'm told the merc's stun isn't permanent until interupted anymore, shriekers are either killed first or cc'd, keep your back to something or at the very least facing the way you came. People seem to forget this isn't WoW where you just just run in to a pack of mobs and faceroll everything. As far as the behemoth goes I just drag him up to the fountain and put my back to it (BH Shield Tech) I taunt him back to me when he switches targets took a long *** time to kill him but at least I wasn't be tossed all over the place. Again I haven't run it since it was brought in so not sure if its been changed much but that was all I did when I first ran it. Oh and that age old tactic of let the tank hit it a couple of times first before the dps goes balls to the wall is still a goodie.
  6. Even if it is considered precedent because other popular MMOs did it, if you go and add all the same features of said game what would end up making SWTOR unique? What would cause people to play this game instead of that game? You can't take all the features that have been developed over the past years through EQ-WoW and add them. Some things are going to have to be new, modified, or just plain not added at all.
  7. Not trying to troll or anything like that but I have not noticed any issues with this encounter on Hardmode or otherwise. Personally I tank him on the stairs with my back to the wall, and then just run him to the bridge while keeping to the pillars that line either side. Also keeping in mind that the dps should have thier backs either to the stairs/the way you came/or one of the many pillars lining the bridge. I have not had any problems moving Malgus or him not following me.
  8. Clearly alot of you had never played WoW at launch. If you were lucky you could barely move 5 steps before the world server crashed, instance servers crashed...vanish actually working properly (see what I did there?). Also if none of you have ever programmed a line of code in your life fixing a bug isn't as simple as just going into the code and going "oh I messed up" quick cut and copy here and everything is ok. Even if you are the best programmer in the world have everything commented and broken up and all the fancy formatting you want you still have to look through several hundred lines of code to correct something as stupid as "ZOMG! I can't get my fade to black screen with Kira" You can say that it's a new game and just wait isn't a viable excuse and you know what it's not but there is no such thing as a perfect launch where bugs aren't going to be a problem and that's just the reality of any game. It's not like BW and EA can just roll out of bed one morning and say hey I'm going to fix this today. And yes I'm aware that some bugs have been in since beta but hey maybe they might be tied in with other aspects of the game that may cause more problems than what they tried to fix and can't figure it out. Hell I can't even remember the last time I bought an xbox360 game right when it came out and there wasn't already a patch to download anyways /endrant
  9. Oh I'm not saying it doesn't sucks I was just saying currently that is what you have to do to get the other missions to show. Or you can do what others have suggested rezoning/logging in order to get it to show which can become a pain if you have long load times.
  10. Are you currently playing on the test server because thats the only place 1.1 has been implemented so far. The live patch that is currently active is 1.0.2d.
  11. When you use your fast travel it only displays locations for the planet you are currently on, you can't fast travel to the orbital station where you're ship is actually located. Some examples of those planets would be Taris/Hoth/Belsavis. All of those planets you go from your ship to the orbital station then take a shuttle from the orbital station to the actual planet so if they were to do that they would either have to have a separate ability for just your ship or would have to include a section of the minimap to jump to your ship
  12. Wouldn't work as most planets you have to go from the staging point > orbital station > airlock to your ship
  13. Was just reading the 1.1 patch notes so wonder if it maybe is in fact a bug. Crew Skills Bug Fixes Corrected an issue that prevented recently completed Crew Skill missions from showing up in the next list of available missions. so maybe we will be able to spam just one mission for items come patch time?
  14. You have to do the other missions in order to get the Metals/Fabrics to show up. It would work the same way if you were just doing the Companion Gifts missions all the time, just the Metals/Fabrics would show up. They probably have it set that way so people can't just spam the hell out of it and be maxed out in the first day. Scavenging works the same way, if you spam the hell out of one item alone all that will be left is the others until you do one of them. Its not that you're getting a higher ratio of Companion Gifts, it's just that you're not doing any of them so that's all that is left
  15. Does it really matter? If they did get the world first awesome for them, if not and if by some chance it was mistaken because there is no in game way to track or people aren't reporting it who cares, does it really interfere with your game play that much that you have to flame them? Grats just the same on getting those bosses down
