I completed a mission earlier today where I had to complete 40 warzones or various other activities to get Darth Hexid. I unlocked her on the character that completed the mission, but completing the mission also gives the item to all of your other characters through the mail, doesn't it? The Nico Okarr item which works the exact same way shows up just fine.
