Didn't nottice it among my other subscriptions - thought it was netflix or smth. My financial relationships with this game feel so broken.)

Hello! I've first bought the game back in 2012th. Later (back in 2013-14th or so) I've stopped playing and had a strange problem with my account - as I forgot some code, that was required and couldn't cancel my subscription, been paying for it for half-a-year at least while unable to log in, had long conversations with the support and in the end the only way I've found to cancel it was emptying the card that I was billed from. But that was 10 years ago. Recently I've decided to try SWTOR once again - to find out that no purchases are allowed for my account. Not via any card nor through steam, not for the subscription nor the cartel coins - nothing, not even the 'redeem code' button - any attempt at purchasing leads to the same result (screenshot below). At first i thought it was due to the country where the accout was initialy registered from (Russia, where I don't live any longer), but it persisted after I've changed and confirmed the country settings. Probably It could be due to my prior experience with the support. Although I appreciate such an altruistic approach, is there any chance to unblock the payments for my account so I may pay for subscription?
