@CommunityTeam Agreed This season's Blueprint Fragment achievement is already difficult to get; those of us who were locked out for at least 9 days need to gat Blueprint Frags that we otherwise would have been able to gather during those days (can I suggest at least 100 frags ?). Obviously, I would also like to see additional recognition of the impact this had to your LONG TERM SUBSCRIBERS, perhaps with a 10-day extension of our subscriptions and/or a gift of cartel points!

can SWTOR directly provide the necessary file to fix this issue. Expecting us to download and install the old installer just to get the file is rediculous

I'm glad to have been able to play since late last week ... but what plans are in place to compensate the affected subscribers for the lost time, lost PVP Season advancement and lost Galactic Season advancements ???

well 2 days is not major, but if it starts to extend further I am gonna be royally ticked off. Fix it NOW guys !!!

Yep I even tested that on my own computer. My 11-year-old Sub account cannot get past the spash screen The FTP account I created today can launch on any server it wants

Customer service confirmed to me that it is an issue with some older Sub accounts. The devs are working on it. Unfortunately, that means I have not been able to log in since the patch yesterday

Same here - even after reinstall from steam (which wipes all your graphics settings, btw), I have the same issue with my subscribed account; a free to play account I created as a test works fine on the same computer. Phoned tech support - they confirmed that it is a known issue with OLDER SUBSCRIBER ACCOUNTS. New subs are also not affected. Devs are aware and will update via social media when fixed No timeline for fix as of now. I REALLY want to start the new Gal Season. :(
