So uh... I have this problem since 7.4.1 released, but I've been playing a bit on my brother's laptop, do I still get compensated? Probably not. Hoping this dumb glitch is fixed in 7.4.1!!!!

In response to Jackie: I tried the settings.ini config but it still freezes at the splash screen. Graphics card is Intel(R) UHD Graphics. The game runs well on medium settings.
