How do i do that, to sort the guild page that way?

The problem with that is that the system for some reason selected the one guy in the guild who's never online for new Guild Leader ... So, maybe i will have to wait the four weeks. But isn't there a chance that the system, after those four weeks decide to randomly give the rank to another person again, instead of me?

Hi Strathkin You mean the same customer service that can be found ingame? I wrote to them already, and they said there is nothing they can do abou it... that my best option was writting in here, because someone could read this message and maybe find a solution 😕 i hope that's possible...

Hi I'm writting to you, after sending the same message to costumer service, where they did what they could to help me, but unfortunetely, couldnt solve my problem. I had some issues with my bank account, wich i solved already, so the payment of the subcription (30 days) was delayed. After that i noticed that my rank as guild master (in the guild i created) was given to another player, who is never online... so, basically, dont know when im going to get my rank back, so the activity of the guild has stopped, and there's nothing i can do about it, wich is very frustrating. Fist, in costumer service they told me that this could happen in those cases where the person hasn't been online for a long period of time, but this is not my case. I've been online everyday almost, since the last four or five months. Please, i need your help with this matter. Dont know what else to do.
