Hello, the tactical “Luck Always Changes” used to drop from objective meridian flashpoint in the 6.0 era. But with 7.0 it appears to have been removed from the loot table since from personal experience I’ve done the flashpoint on both factions in all it’s available difficulties dozens of times. I have yet to see it drop. With that being said this tactical is required for the achievement “The spoils of war: for everyone” under the “spoils of war” achievement section under your legacy. i don’t know if it’a possible to either remove the requirement of having that specific tactical for that achievement exactly the same as how “fanged god form” was removed from the requirements recently to get the “the spoils of war Jedi sentinel/sith marauder” achievement. . Or to add it back to the loot table or add it to the s3t-bns droid vendor/tactical vendor on supply section so it can be bought for tech fragments. Hello my fellow SWTOR players, not sure if this is the right section to post this and apologies in advance if it isn't. I'm currently in the look out for fellow achievement hunters that are interested in getting some of the rarest if not THE rarest achievements in-game which are the Classic PVP killing blow achievements. Basically these achievements require you to obtain 20 killings blows in a single warzone match for 50 different match with each warzone map. These achievements will take a while to get but the more people involved the faster and easier they'll become. You can go ahead and find this achievements on your legacy under "Classic PVP" and then under each different warzone there will be a section that says "Killing Blows" and you should be able to find for example "Alderaan Civil War: Master Finisher".
