  1. I emailed support@swtor,com. Sent 3 files as requested by ea help site. (Steam transactions). What the problem was I had a inactive EA account that was linked to Swtor account and so it could not process my subscription. They told me to get EA app from the EA site and login. I had not had this app in years. Once that my old account was active again. I sent an email and they fixed the problem. Hope this helps Regards
  2. This problem has been solved. I had a old EA account that caused the problem. Customer service helped me to solve this problem
  3. 7 hours later still nothing. What a hassle to get a subscription
  4. I have paid a subscription through Steam. How long does it take to show up in my account. Steam tells me it is in my library. Would like to know.
  5. I loaded the game on my Steam account which I did not have before. Likewise I was able to make a payment and same thing.
  6. What do you mean by associate with steam. I have linked my steam account, is there more I have to do with it. Thanks
  7. There must be a better way, I have the same problem.
