  1. Yes, specifically the AppData directory. You have to show hidden files in your file explorer options to see it.
  2. I have also done this as well, but the email is the same here.
  3. @XhrisShan, the path is similar to so, but with your user name. So it is really in the settings directory. I believe this is a common location for Steam installations as well, even if you store the applications on a different drive (as I have).
  4. So, there is another update pushed out via Discord bots, so... When I make the changes to the ini file, the game still hangs. I have a Dell Inspiron 5500 with Intel UHD Graphics 620. The game worked prior to this last update, and a ftp account I created from a direct download (My sub is connected to a steam account now) works fine with this current version as well. Adding more Hardware info: i7 8th gen with 32Gb RAM
  5. Nothing at all. At least in relation to this issue. It was all insignificant 'swag' issues such as mounts, crystals or dyes or something.
  6. This will NOT happen. We are not enough squeaky wheels type to push that as something they would consider. Getting them to offer some other compensation will already be a heavy lift for us all. They will give some compensation of some type for sure, but ONLY IF YOU EXPLICITLY ASK. You have to be a petulant PVPer to get the Devs to give you any real attention, it seems... And the compensation offered will most certainly not be worth the lost time we have suffered because of this issue.
  7. At least you get an option to sent a crash report, which is more than most of us have.
  8. This is not a viable solution.
  9. I can confirm that creating a new account works.
  10. A time where it sucks to be an elder in this game.
  11. This suggests it is not simply a graphics card issue, unless both the computers you used had similar Video Functionality.
  12. I also have an Intel card, in fact the same 620
  13. Is there a place to deposit said information?
  14. This did not resolve the issue for me. I have spent most of the past 2 days digging through the forums and other support sites, and have yet to resolve it. But I strongly suspect it is a graphics issue... And your suggestion is on the right track..
  15. Oh, they are well aware. I just called the number and 'discussed' how I could get compensation for my downtime I paid for. The answer, my friends, is blowing in the wind...
