I am really in awe right now from Biowares customer support via the forums. Yes, sure in the last couple days it has spiked a bit in responses, but in total today, there were only 7 responses.... 7. I have to ask what are these people doing and if they are doing other things also, why are they not hiring dedicated people to monitor the forums and keep the people up to date. It seems to me they may be just deleting/locking more threads then responding to them. You want to build your community Bioware, not destroy it. This isn't the Edmonton Bioware I've known to love, this is some other company with the bioware logo pasted on it. I'm not trying to be negative, I just want you to prove me wrong and start giving the community what they want, is responses.
