Explain to me, without closing this thread, how anything I say that is actually relevant to the game considered NOT relevant. I asked a question and I'll ask it a again. What is with the lack of responses from community reps?

I know what you mean, but you can't tell me 7 posts in one day is considered good in any manor. It is really disgusting how this games support is being handled and with all the threads being closed/locked, it wouldn't surprise me that they're misleading a lot of us and giving us false information. I mean a direct response from Stephen Reid saying the reason why the 14GB's from the beta is missing was because it was "unused data".... 14GB's, come on...

I am really in awe right now from Biowares customer support via the forums. Yes, sure in the last couple days it has spiked a bit in responses, but in total today, there were only 7 responses.... 7. I have to ask what are these people doing and if they are doing other things also, why are they not hiring dedicated people to monitor the forums and keep the people up to date. It seems to me they may be just deleting/locking more threads then responding to them. You want to build your community Bioware, not destroy it. This isn't the Edmonton Bioware I've known to love, this is some other company with the bioware logo pasted on it. I'm not trying to be negative, I just want you to prove me wrong and start giving the community what they want, is responses. Prove me wrong!

I don't know why companies don't allow the best options to be used by the people playing the game, unless there is some technical buggy issues with it. Just put "ultra" and say it only works on hi end computers.

So after watching conversation after conversation I've noticed that the textures are far-superior to the no conversation graphics, why is that? Apparently (don't quote me), Bioware said they did this so low-end computer users could have a "better experience". If there is a higher-res packet or a way to make our textures better quality why are you not letting us? All I want is a response, I'm not mad or anything, just curious.
