I have the same problem, I advanced it to the point where I have already met the Shrine resto reps before the latest patch. Now I launched the game today and Old Wounds had reset itself and I had to do it all again. Only that the cutscene with the resto reps wont start and there is no way to advance. I have Work running amok active though and I think the problem is there. The game thinks that I have gone over that point in the story because I have the other quest active......too bad I cant abandon Work Running amok to test this theory. Its a bug its a bug its a big ole bug
